Agents & ticket packs
Top up capacity without changing your base plan. Purchase from your workspace Admin → Subscription. Free plan workspaces cannot buy add-ons.
How to buy
- 1. Sign in as a workspace Admin.
- 2. Go to Admin → Subscription and choose an add-on pack.
- 3. Capacity is available immediately and aligns to your billing cycle.
Free plan workspaces cannot buy add-ons — upgrade to a paid plan first.
How add-ons work
Business rules that apply to every pack.
Available immediately
When an add-on is purchased, extra agents or tickets become available right away on your workspace.
Expires on billing renew
Add-ons align to your billing cycle. When the cycle renews, add-on capacity expires automatically unless purchased again.
Unused tickets do not roll over
Ticket pack balance that remains unused at renew does not carry forward into the next period.
Consider upgrading when packs stack up
If recurring add-ons approach the value of the next plan, we recommend upgrading — usually cleaner than stacking packs long term.
